Privacy Policy
Care of Minds (CAMS) is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of any personal information you share with us. The information provided as part of individual psychotherapy or group therapy will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the relevant informed consent form (Appendix 1,2,3,4), including the limits and exceptions to maintaining confidentiality. Care of Minds will not be accountable for any psychological or other difficulties incurred during the psychotherpay sessions, but the psychotherapist and client/participants of therapy will be personally accountable subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the relevant informed consent form. Each psychotherapist in his/her personal capacity holds the legal responsibility, under the POCSO Act 2012 or PWDVA-2005 or any other laws, for divulging/following up on any information mandated to be shared with the Child Line or Child Welface Committe, or any appropriate legal body.
We will take reasonable care to protect any information shared by you from any misuse and from unauthorized access. Any information shall be disclosed only at your discretion, for instance, if you wish to share your experience with the public. If you have agreed to receive emails from Care of Minds, your personal information may be used to send you emails about our programs, or activities. Each email shall give you the opportunity to decline to receive any further communications by unsubscribing.
