Transferable Skills

Transferable skills are abilities or competencies that one can apply in different social and occupational roles. They are skills that one can ‘train’ oneself with the guidance of an expert and then ‘transfer’ it in application in one’s specific life-context. Such skills include, interpersonal abilities, communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving methods, emotion-regulation strategies, attentional training, listening and empathy skills and so on. We provide skills training programs around themes such as self-branding, conflict management, peer coaching, self-presentation and so on.
