Programs

Psychotherapy is done in a caring and supportive environment assuring trust and confidentiality and allowing for sharing openly about a person’s thoughts, feelings and behavioral patterns as well as learning to systematically bring about changes in them. Psychotherapy is conducted by a professionally trained clinical psychologist or psychotherapist for individuals, couples or families. The therapist (short term for psychotherapist) utilizes scientifically tested methods to understand (conceptualize) behavioral and psychological problems (as well as strengths and potentials) in individuals/couples/families and applies scientifically validated and standardized interventions to address them and facilitate personal change or interpersonal/systemic change in couples/families.
