This is an internationally standardized training program for enhancing inner wellbeing and managing emotional distress. It will be conducted in a series of group training sessions in mindfulness and emotion regulation skills.
Who can benefit from this program?
- Any one above 18 years of age, who wish to improve their emotional health and overall quality of life
- This program offers a pathway for overall wellbeing rather than just quick fix solutions
- It will be helpful to overcome stress, anger, forgetfulness, poor sleep, persistent sadness, traumatic memories, interpersonal distress, feeling of emptiness and low self-acceptance
Mode of program conduct: 18 hours training, 9 sessions over three weeks

- Understanding stress and emotional problems
- Training in mindfulness: the landscape of our body and mind
- Cool Head and Warm heart: The art of balance
- Responding, not reacting: our inner/outer world
- Cognitive techniques to manage stress and distress
- Mindfulness for wellbeing and happiness.
