Dr Jereesh K Elias obtained M.Phil and Ph.D in clinical psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore. He also holds a PG diploma in clinical psychology from Medical College, Trivandrum. Dr Jereesh is highly passionate and adept in his field and has served as Assistant Professor at Sweekar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, Secunderabad. He has conducted several workshops and interactive sessions, especially for the promotion of wellbeing and mental health and has actively contributed to the youth mental health promotive initiatives as part of the Positive Psychology Unit at NIMHANS. His area of interest are Cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, deaddiction counseling and third wave therapies.
